Welcome back everyone; I hope you all had a lovely summer.
Important information:
- Classes will finish at 3pm on Saturday 19 th September.
- No classes Saturday 17 th October. Due to English youth ballet.
- Only ballet classes will be held on Saturday 24 th October with the following timetable: ( due to Liphook carnival)
9-9.30am Grade 1
9.30-10am Grade 2
10-10.30am Grade 3
10.30-11am Grade 4
11-11.45am Grade 5
11.45-12.20 Inter foundation
12.20-1pm Intermediate
Ballet exams
Any child taking ballet exams is expected to have excellent attendance if they hope to do well; please can parents support this as every lesson is so important for the child’s training programme.
Exam fees will be required after half term. More exam information will follow.
Christmas theatre trip.
The snow man tickets are enclosed with this letter to all who booked, it looks fantastic.
It is not too late if you would still like to go. Please see me if you are interested as we only need to buy 8 tickets to get the group discount.
Summer school
This was fully booked and the children worked hard on exam work, well done.
Additional ballet classes will be available in half term:
Tuesday 27 th October 2pm-5pm half hour private tuition
Saturday 31 st October 9am-12pm half hour private tuition
Please see me to book; you are welcome to share lessons at a reduced rate.
These lessons get booked quickly so please book early.
Uniform orders
Please note that I need 5 items of clothing before an order can be placed with the embroidery company.
I have 2 ready to send for Jones and Ayling. Please place your t shirt and tracksuit orders soon if you wish to get them within 3 weeks.
Uniform
Please note that all children should be in correct uniform, grooming is an important part of their training. All boys should wear a dance school t shirt and purchase knee pads for street dance.
Girls should have their hair in a bun for ballet, especially older students!
